On the adviser's page (General, Foreman, etc) you may have noted there are now pretty green check marks. This is new from the middle of last round and frankly I hadn't read the fine print either... IF you leave the green check mark checked, it will auto renew the appropriate adviser for you and of course auto deduct 300 coin to make it happen. Looking back over the bug reports it seems the vast majority of the reported issues must have something to do with this feature. When I looked at renewal times and bug reports there was almost a 1 to 1 correspondence.

Good rule, check the check and make sure it is set the way you want it set.

That said, there are still a few issues that don't fit this explanation and they will be looked at as well!

It was trying to uncheck the check that I think caused the problems I would uncheck one and it would recheck the other saying that, they haven't renewed I just lost my gold

I reviewed your bug report and passed it up the chain to the appropriate admin. At this point, there is nothing more JRRayder or myself can do.

Hagrid, I need you to submit a bug report, as well, please.

For what it's worth, gentlemen, I too am missing thousands of gold due to this particular nasty bug, so I truly do sympathize.

Trust me, I do understand all too well! But I just wanted you all to know that, yes, we do get affected by the same bugs, just as harshly, as you all do. So we DO understand and DO work our best on our ends to make the appropriate admins aware of these things. Once we do, there isn't anything else JRRayder or I can do. I wish I could wave a magic wand and fix it, but I can't

Well this is not good, the problem is if you can't get your gold back and you are a moderator what hope have I got being just some poor schmuck who got conned into paying cash for gold and then when it goes pear shaped the admin doesn't want to know, I started playing this game because it was supposed to be similar to Travian, well I can tell you it's not!
The 3 or 4 times I have had to ask for help in that game I have been answered quickly and the problems have been fixed equally quick, the enjoyment I had when I first started playing this game has long since gone and I just log on because I still have gold and if ever I'm asked about this game you can tell admin that I'm one person who won't be recommending it to anyone.
